Pet information, including photographs, may be submitted via the Department’s secure web portal (provided by Frontline Public Safety Solutions) by navigating to https://www.frontlinepss.com/barringtonhills or by clicking the below image. After clicking SUBMIT on the entry page, you should see a confirmation window indicating that the information was successfully added, and also receive an email from notifications@frontlinepss.com confirming receipt of your information. If you fail to receive either of these confirmations, please contact the Department for additional assistance.
